BeltLoop is a music publishing management platform operated by BeltLoop, LLC. We help music publishers and songwriters manage catalogs, calendars, and pitches. Our website is beltloop.app.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and profile information when you create an account. We also collect song metadata, lyrics, audio files, and calendar events that you upload or create within the platform. If you connect a Google account, we receive access to your Google Calendar to sync writing sessions.
We use your information to provide and improve the BeltLoop platform, including displaying your catalog to authorized publishers, syncing calendar events, and sending pitch emails on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
BeltLoop's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google Calendar solely to create, update, and delete writing session events on your behalf. We do not share your Google data with third parties or use it for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. Audio files and other media are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Songs and catalog information you submit are shared with the publishers you are rostered under within BeltLoop. We do not share your information outside the platform without your consent, except as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also disconnect your Google account from BeltLoop at any time through your Google account settings.
