By accessing or using BeltLoop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BeltLoop is a music publishing management platform that allows songwriters and publishers to manage song catalogs, calendars, and pitches. Features include song submission, Google Calendar integration, and pitch delivery.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all songs, lyrics, audio files, and other content you upload to BeltLoop. By uploading content, you grant BeltLoop a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content within the platform solely to provide the Service to you and your authorized publishers.
If you connect your Google account, you authorize BeltLoop to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. BeltLoop's use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You agree not to use BeltLoop to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
BeltLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeltLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
